After a discussion with my native speaker colleagues, we agree with András's "natural treasures" in this context. He seems to be right that "natural values" also exists (sorry to have doubted you there, András), but we still wouldn't use that. However, we would prefer to bypass all these "natural" options altogether if the context permits and put something like "The flora and fauna indigenous to the area include..." However, this could would rule out reference to any geological features, so we'd better not limit it without seeing the context.
