Hello,
This from a two-phased makeup remover:
Capsule à vis avec réducteur
It should be fairly easy to find but I am not coming up with anything for "réducteur". No other explanations or information offered in the text.
Help much appreciated!

: Well done for finding it Wendy! Dispensing cap and plug both seem good.

Comment: "Thanks so much for your quick and accurate reply. In the end I used dispensing valve, which I found on one of your links, but I think all of your ideas would work. Thanks again!"

I know the term is rather unappealing, but I think this is what it's called in English. If the text is for marketing purposes, perhaps you could leave out the "orifice" bit.
You can get a good look at what a "réducteur" is on these French sites:
http://www.abcdelanature.com/hydrolats.htm
http://www.flaconste.com/product.php?id_product=167
It looks like a cap with a small hole that reduces the flow of a liquid.
Here are some sites in English that show the same thing; they all call it an "orifice reducer":

This blog page has a very good close-up photo of the "(orifice) reducer" on a bottle of Lancôme Bi-Facil bi-phase makeup remover.

Thank you for all the research and input. It came a bit late as I turned the doc in yesterday - see my thanks to Wendy above. But thanks all the same! |
