Nu cumva este Company Name si Plan Number? Intreb pentru ca am vazut intr-un tabel astfel: "Company Name and Plan ID"

Asker: Bună Elniculae! Vroiam să clarific acest termen rămas netradus şi eventual să îl şi includem în glosar. Am găsit resurse care explică foarte clar termenul, aici: http://www.investopedia.com/terms/e/espp.asp sau aici: http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode26/usc_sec_26_00000423----000-.html Cred că o traducere corectă ar fi: "Schemă/plan de cumpărare acţiuni de către angajaţi". Din ce am găsit pe net, multe documentele româneşti par să meargă pe varianta netradusă de "stock option plan". De aceea te rog pe tine să introduci varianta în limba română, dacă eşti de acord cu ea. Mulţumesc.
