En mi humilde opinión, al estar hablando de banca privada, es más acertado definirlos como "private bankers", aunque también se les denomina como: "account officers", "relationship managers" o "account executives".

Aquí tienes varias referencias, al menos del banco donde trabajé, que justifican mi propuesta.
