English to Greek Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Company acquisition
(c) if, following or in connection with the termination, abandonment or failure to occur of any proposed Acquisition, whether as a result of any condition to the Acquisition not being satisfied or for any other reason, you are entitled to receive a ***"break fee”*** termination or similar compensatory fee or payment, an additional fee, payable promptly following the Company's receipt of such ***break-fee*** or payment in an equal to 10% of the aggregate amount of all such ***break-fees*** or payments received by the Company (including, without limitation, any amount characterised as an expense reimbursement) subject to a cap on such additional fee of Euro 1.00 million.
