Eu as spune numar de referinta pentru ca este vorba despre un cod al produsului, care este scris la utilaje pe o tablita impreuna cu alte informatii importante. Vezi linkul alaturat, cap. 1.3 -Ersatzteile. Daca se potriveste in context.

ok, atunci poate fi vorba de un numar de inregistrare propriu, la care se poate face referire in cazul corespondentei ulterioare. Si in acest caz, eu as lasa nr de referinta. Precizarea referentului de specialitate este importanta tot din acest motiv.

"Kommission" mai înseamnă şi "comision", dar şi "comandă", aşa încît recomand, în acest context, varianta ultimă.
