Can\'t disagree on KudoZ

I\'ve just tried to disagree on a Kudoz answer and it doesn\'t show up. I can agree, though.

disagree - only if you explain Feb 24, 2002

This has happened to me before, but then I realized there\'s an error message at the top, in red, saying you can only disagree if you provide an explanation. You can\'t just click on \'disagree\' and submit like you do with \'agree\' or \'neutral.\'
