Jogging and walking with my dog, skiing in winter Jun 14, 2006

A one mile jog every morning with my dog and a 15-20 minutes workout. Sometimes, when there is too little work I take a second jog in the afternoon to compensate for the times when I had to work for 12 hours per day and there was little time for exercises. And in any case a 30 minutes walk with my dog in the evening. On weekends a jog of about 5 miles. In winter skiing instead of jogging. I go to the gym every day for 2 hours.
I do weightlifting and cardio.
No drinking, no smoking, and I try to eat healthy.
