Did you know that District Judges can now sit alone in the Magistrates Courts and that ushers are not supposed to give legal advice? And that Barristers (aka “Counsel”) can appear in the Magistrates Court without a solicitor also being present?
If not, maybe it's time to brush up on your legal terminology on legal jobs and requirements.
