aş zice “confirmation of (registered) company details”. N-aş folosi “certificate”, pentru că în engleză nu se utilizează termenul pentru o simplă confirmare a datelor înregistrate.
Cred că s-ar potrivi termenul, pt. că certificatul conţine datele actualizate ale firmei, şi din cauza asta trebuie prezentat, pt a confirma că nu s-au produs modificări semnificative în structura/activităţile firmei.
Se pare că Romtelecom l-a tradus ca “registration certificate” – ar fi şi asta o variantă posibilă:

Daca e vorba de un certificat constatator cum sunt cele de mai jos, prin care se acorda caracter oficial unor declaratii pe propria raspundere:

Art. 19. - (1) Cererea de autorizare a functionarii se solutioneaza, dupa caz, de oficiul registrului comertului de pe langa tribunal sau de catre autoritatile publice implicate.
(2) Oficiul registrului comertului de pe langa tribunal va solutiona cererea dupa cum urmeaza:
a) in cazul in care solicitantul nu desfasoara, la sediul social principal sau secundar, activitatile prevazute in actul constitutiv sau modificator, va depune o declaratie pe propria raspundere in acest sens. O data cu eliberarea certificatului de inregistrare sau de inscriere de mentiuni, oficiul registrului comertului va elibera solicitantului un certificat constatator care atesta ca s-a inregistrat declaratia pe propria raspundere si ca nu este necesara autorizarea functionarii;
b) in cazul in care solicitantul depune declaratie pe propria raspundere, specifica pentru fiecare autoritate publica, ca indeplineste conditiile de autorizare, oficiul registrului comertului de pe langa tribunal va elibera solicitantului un certificat constatator care atesta inregistrarea declaratiei pe propria raspundere ca indeplineste conditiile de autorizare pentru activitatea sau obiectivul precizat.

The Certificate of Good Standing is a document that is often requested by overseas authorities and organisations. Banks and other financial institutions often request these documents to check on the status of a UK company.
