I am a qualified Romanian Translator & Interpreter, registered with the NRPSI (National Register of Public Service Interpreters), and holding a DPSI in Law as well as a Level 6 Certificate in Translation and Interpreting for English and French, along with an apprenticeship in Business & Administration.

My experience includes translating documents both in-house and as a freelancer across various domains, and participating in different projects, including subtitling. The types of documents I have translated are mainly legal and general texts, leaflets, letters of employment, letters from schools, medical and business documents, websites, and more.

Throughout my career, I have assisted in various settings as an interpreter. Bookings have taken place in hospitals, clinics, surgery rooms, solicitors’ offices, prison cells, contact centers, and home visits. I have also provided remote interpretation, facilitating communication between immigration advisers and refugees or homeless people, as well as assisting individuals applying for the EU Settlement Scheme. Another area I cover is mental health, having translated and interpreted for people with special needs who receive support from different services regarding their mental health.

I regularly attend CPD webinars and am keen to continue learning and developing my skills.
