Dinka Translation of Special Education IEP Documents

We have been working with a Dinka-speaking family with a student enrolled in a Special Education program at a Massachusetts-based school since 2019. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Dinka linguist who is familiar with translating Special Education documents, working with document templates, and having the flexibility to work with public school budgets and tight deadlines.

We receive regular translation requests from English to Dinka for documents like Individualized Education Program (IEP) documents, special education student assessments/evaluations, report cards, and more. To apply as a Dinka language services provider, please provide us with typical turnaround times for projects (i.e., 2,000 words per day, 3-5 days for 10,000 words, etc.), as well as the following rates:

1. Document Translation (per word)
2. Document Proofreading (per word)
3. Document Translation Minimum Fee
4. Document Proofreading Minimum Fee
5. Hourly Formatting / DTP Fees (if applicable)

We are hoping to establish a long-term partnership with a Dinka linguist, as ongoing support for this student will be needed until they graduate from the school's Special Education program. New language service providers will need to complete and sign several onboarding documents prior to receiving the documents, including a confidentiality agreement, non-compete agreement, and our invoice policy.
