Потенциал санаторно-курортной и туристкой отрасли Краснодарского края будет представлен на ежегодной выставке Internationale Tourismus Börse Berlin (ITB Berlin), которая состоится в столице Германии 9-13 марта 2011 года в крупнейшем выставочном комплексе Messe Berlin.
Потенциал санаторно-курортной и туристкой отрасли Краснодарского края будет представлен в Берлине в рамках консолидированного стенда Российской Федерации.
В рамках деловой программы ITB-2011 представители Краснодарского края проведут ряд деловых встреч и переговоров с представителями бизнеса из других стран.
По оценкам организаторов, в выставке ITB Berlin-2011 примут участие более 12,5 тысяч человек. В рамках форума с 9 по 11 марта состоится традиционный Конгресс ITB, включающий более 100 различных мероприятий и семинаров.

The potential of sanatoria, resort and tourists branches of Krasnodar region will be presented at the annual exhibition Internationale Tourismus Börse Berlin (ITB Berlin), which will be carried out in the capital of German on 9-13 of March, 2011 in the largest exhibition complex Messe Berlin.
The potential of sanatoria, resort and tourists branches of Krasnodar region will be presented in Berlin within the bonds of consolidated stand of Russian Federation.
Representatives of Krasnodar region will hold a number of business meetings and negotiations with business representatives from other countries within the bonds of business program of ITB-2011.
According to organizers' estimates, more than 12.5 thousand people will take part in the exhibition ITB Berlin-2011. Within the bonds of the forum from 9 till 11 of March there will be carried out a traditional Congress ITB, which includes more than 100 different events and seminars.
International touristic forum ITB Berlin is one of the largest touristic fairs in the world. Annually the exhibition is visited by more than 10 thousand participants from 180 countries of the world.
Berlin forum is recognized as a barometer of the world economic situation in touristic business and the second over significance branch-wise fair after London exhibition "World Travel Market".

Source text - English OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1 General
1.1 The elements in the heater can be wired for a number of control requirements. The wiring configuration should be marked on the terminal enclosure label. The use of any other connection configuration should only be done with the companies’ approval. The stage which is the first on and last off, should have the control attached to it. A zone configuration, is a single stage split for multi-cable inputs. The advantage of this is, if one cable fails then the current load would not be passed to the other cables. The controls would see a multi-zone as a single stage. The power can be varied or switched on and off the stages by the controls to achieve the heat require¬ment variations. The stages can be controlled, either manually or automatically and the installer and operator should be familiar with the type of control fitted.
1.2 All foreign matter must be removed from the system before initial use of the heater system. Failure to remove such matter may cause a potential hazard and result in heater failure if carried through the system to the heater.
2 Electrical Checks Prior To Start Up
2.1 Insulation Resistance (Megger)
The megger should be applied between phase and earth, with any control sup-plies disconnected from the power supply, the insulation resistance shall be measured with a voltage of not less than 500V dc and should be above 2 megohms divided by the number of heating elements. Should the insulation resistance be below this value, then the elements should be individually checked for insula¬tion resistance to identify those that will need drying out. For procedure see Maintenance Instructions, paragraph 4.

3 Fault Finding
3.1 If the control system cycles or trips during initial start up there is insufficient flow. In the event of a shutdown caused by overheating the MAIN ISOLATOR MUST BE SWITCHED OFF BEFORE any checks are made. The pipe work should be checked for obstructions of the flow, any filters/strainers (if fitted) checked for blockage and the control system inspected to determine the cause of the overheating BEFORE the unit is put back into operation. Do not forget to reset any thermal cut-outs within the terminal enclosure.
3.2 Always switch "OFF" the main isolator before removing the heater unit terminal enclosure lid.
1 Health and Safety
1.1 Hazardous Environments
No operation involving the use of an open flame or other source of ignition should be attempted until the condition has been made safe (gas free) by the control of the flammable material that may give rise to the risk. Electrical test equipment can constitute a hazard and should not be used in the presence of a flammable material, unless specifically designed for the purpose and suitably certified.
1.2 Electric Shock
The electrical supply to the equipment must be switched off before removing covers from any unit where lethally high voltages may be present.
1.3 General Safety Precautions
Ensure that the area safety supervisor and others in the vicinity are aware that work is being undertaken and post warning notices. Ensure that the ap¬propriate safety equipment and clothing is worn. Beware of wet or slippery ladder rungs and working areas if working aloft.

1 Общие положения
1.1 Элементы в нагревательном приборе могут быть связаны рядом контрольных требований. Типы электропроводок должны быть отмечены на ярлыке прибора. Использование любого другого типа подключения возможно только с одобрения компанией-производителем. Контролируйте прибор при включении и выключении. Область конфигурации представляет собой единый кабель, разветвляющийся на несколько кабельных выходов. Преимущество такой системы в том, что если один кабель повредится, то токовая нагрузка не распространится на другие кабели. Элементы управления размещены на единой панели. Мощность может варьироваться, включаться и выключаться с помощью кнопок для достижения определённой температуры нагревания. Настройки могут контролироваться вручную или автоматически, а установщик или оператор должен знать тип соответствующего управления.
1.2 Все посторонние предметы необходимо убрать до первоначального использования нагревательной системы. Невыполнение этого условия может привести к потенциальному риску, что вызовет поломку нагревательного прибора, если распространится на него по системе.
2 Проверка электричества до включения
2.1 Сопротивление изоляции (Меггер)
Меггер необходимо поместить между фазой и землёй, отключив прибор от электроэнергии, сопротивление изоляции будет измеряться при напряжении не менее 500В постоянного тока и должно быть выше 2 мегомметров, делённое на количество нагревательных элементов. Если сопротивление изоляции ниже этой отметки, тогда необходимо проверить отдельно каждый элемент на сопротивление изоляции, чтобы определить те, которые необходимо просушить. Эту процедуру см. в Инструкции по Техническому Обслуживанию, параграф 4.

3 Обнаружение неисправностей
3.1 Если управляющая система циклирует или отсоединяется во время первого включения, то это неправильная работа прибора. В случае отключения, вызванного перегревом, ГЛАВНЫЙ ИЗОЛЯТОР ДОЛЖЕН БЫТЬ ВЫКЛЮЧЕН ДО выполнения любых проверок. Работа канала должна быть проверена на препятствование потоку, все фильтры/сита (если требуется) – проверены на блокировку, управляющая система –проверена для определения причин перегрева ДО того, как система будет вновь введена в эксплуатацию. Не забывайте переустановить любой тепловой прерыватель внутри терминала.
3.2 Всегда выключайте основной изолятор до перемещения нагревательного прибора.
1 Здоровье и безопасность
1.1 Опасное окружение
Не осуществляйте никаких операций, включая использование открытого огня или другого источника воспламенения до тех пор, пока условия не будут безопасными (удаление газа), следя за огнеопасными материалами, которые могут увеличить риск. Электрическое тестовое оборудование может представлять опасность и не должно быть использовано в присутствии огнеопасных материалов, особенно специально разработанных и соответственно сертифицированных.
1.2 Электрошок
Электропитание оборудования должно быть отключено до разбора любых частей прибора, где может присутствовать высокое напряжение, опасное для жизни.
1.3 Общие меры предосторожности
Обеспечьте, чтобы контролёры по безопасности и другие заинтересованные лица знали и были предупреждены, что работа аппарата началась. Обеспечьте подходящие средства защиты и одежду. Остерегайтесь влажных или скользких лестниц и рабочих мест при работе на высоте.
