If it helps you decide, "intercambio" refers to "intercambio de calor", which is a commonly used term in thermodynamics. And as far as the "jacket" bit is concerned, you might want to google "vessel/tank jackets" and see what you find.
I suggested the term because I've seen in the procedures they use at a candy manufacturing plant where they have this kind of equipment.
