ARTÍCULO 56.- La Hacienda pública gozará de prelación para el cobro de dudas liquidadas, vencidas y no satisfechas, cuando concurran con acreedores que no sean de dominio, prenda, hipoteca o cualquier otro derecho real debidamente inscrito en el correspondiente Registro con anterioridad a la fecha en que se haga constar en el mismo, el derecho de la Hacienda Pública.
