generous wheel arches Explanation: or some such thing - in other words as you said - if you look at such bikes, you'll see that the metal arch over the wheel is both shorter and higher than normal. Since the bikes are used often on muddy paths, this gives greater clearance and reduces the likelihood of the whole thing getting clogged up. |
