Since July, the Group no longer has the financial information (including but not limited to the financial statements of xxx) to account, in the Group's consolidated financial statements, for its equity holding in xxx as it would be required to do if it had the needed information. This might, but probably does NOT, mean "consolidating" xxx in the English sense (intégration in French); more likely, it means accounting for xxx using the equity method (mise en équivalence), which is not "consolidation" in English.
