Mi duda es ¿cómo titular el Contrato? alguien pudiera sugerir algun término, porque simplemente no me gusta CONTRATO DE SERVICIOS DE INSTALACION Y ARRENDAMIENTO, ya que como veran mas abajo, si puedo aplicar la palabra instalaciones, pero en el título???

ARTICLE II – FACILITIES SERVICES
2.1 Customer Responsibilities.
2.1.1 Site. Customer shall tender to Contractor the material and legal possession of the property described on Exhibit B hereof (the “Site”) and the improvements and equipment thereon (“Customer’s Facilities”) in order to enable Contractor to perform the Facilities Services thereon and to maintain, operate, replace, install, remove, inspect and repair the Installed Facilities
