No cord oedema or myelomalacia.
In the cervical spine, there is disc desiccation and loss of disc height, particularly from C3/4 to C5/6.
There are diffuse disc/osteophyte complexes at these levels leading to mild to moderate spinal canal stenosis with minimal cord moulding at C4/5.
