Ik vraag me af of dit aandelen zijn die een medewerker een tijdje in zijn/haar bezit moet hebben voordat ze "echt" het eigendom van de werknemer zijn en hij/zij ermee kan doen wat hij wil. Derhalve kan hij ze verhandelen en er geld voor krijgen. Het is maar een schot in het duister, maar misschien kan onderstaande je ook een beetje op weg helpen.

for which the holder thereof has good title, free and clear of all liens and
