Bez ograničenja njezine općenitosti, klauzula 15.1 pokriva bilo koju odgovornost, trošak ili gubitak,vuključujući gubitak na kamatnim razlikama, koje Zajmodavac snosi u otplati ili angažiranju depozita trećih lica, a koja je nabavio ili pripremio za financiranje i održavanje bilo kojeg dospjelog a neplaćenog iznosa.

15.2 Breakage cost. Without limiting its generality, Clause 15.1 covers any liability, expense or loss, including a loss of
margin, incurred by the Issuer in liquidating or employing deposits from third parties acquired or arranged to fund or maintain any overdue amount.
