As already mentioned it sometimes takes time to issue the Grant Offer Letters as Steering Committee meetings often take place just before holidays. As stated above, however, you should not let this hold you up. You should get started on project activities immediately because of the spending targets and the time schedule of the project. The Steering Committee decision is binding and you can proceed without risk. If you need a formal letter from the Programme Manager confirming that the project has been approved and that the Grant Offer Letter is in the process of being drawn up and signed we are happy to provide this.
