German term

fil. und org. EH

German to English Bus/Financial Retail
The context is an article on the medium and long-term development prospects of a shopping centre in Austria.

'fil. und org.' occurs in the details of the source of information in a table. The information in the table pertains to the amount of retail space per industry sector in an Austrian suburban catchment area in two different years. Under the table it reads:

"Quelle: [company name]; Eigene Erhebungen - ***Fil. und org. EH*** 2004 aktualisiert".

org. = organisiert???? As for the rest .... I'm stumped!!

Many thanks for any suggestions and help

Filialisierter und organisierter Einzelhandel

IMHO, the "fil." needs to refer to the noun as well, so the entry in that field of the table will describe one clearly distinguishable part of retail trade (= companies that are organized in branches and/or associations).
