cred ca ar putea fi vorba de "anchor bracket" si are rol de fixare a suprastructurii de vehicul pt. ca in timpul deplasarii automacaralei, aceasta sa nu se ridice (si sa darame limitatoarele de inaltime de pe sosele...).
e doar o sugestie.
