Explanation:
Am tot avut câteva astfel de certificate; aşa e, sunt emise de Colegiul Medicilor, deci nu e certificat de angajare, fiindcă nu e emis de instituţia angajatoare (spital, policlinică etc.). Certificatul profesional curent de la Colegiul Medicilor atestă calitatea de medic a titularului certificatului, precum şi studiile şi pregătirea de specialitate, specializarea pe care o practică, gradul profesional (medic, medic rezident, specialist, primar), date privind dreptul de exercitare a profesiei (dacă a avut sau nu sancţiuni ), scopul emiterii - de regulă exercitarea profesiei în străinătate. E valabil 3 luni de la data emiterii. Sunt relativ noi certificatele astea, doar de vreun an şi ceva a început lumea să vină cu aşa ceva la tradus. Din fericire, prima clientă care mi-a adus aşa ceva, avea o listă în engleză cu ce acte îi trebuie pentru muncă în Anglia, iar în listă apărea şi un act cu denumirea asta: current occupational certificate, iar eu am dedus că ăsta trebuie să fie, certificatul profesional curent de la Colegiul Medicilor, fiindcă nu mai avea în rest niciun document de genul ăsta. Eu de atunci tot aşa îi zic: current occupational certificate.

Astfel, conform art.1, alin. 1 al HGR. nr. 1464/ 2006 “ prin certificat profesional curent se intelege documentul cuprinzand datele personale relevante cu privire la onorabilitate si moralitate, inclusiv la competenta cu care medicii, medicii dentisti si farmacistii isi exercita profesia”.
