I specialise in technical translation in the field of computer technology. I have a degree in computer science (1994) and a degree in translation (2010). Before settling as a translator I... worked as an image quality engineer for the printing industry in international companies for 15 years. I’ve traveled widely in the US, Europe and China. I’m professionally in translation since 2008, although I have the feeling I have been in translation all my life. As a teenager I was already collecting my glossary lists and paying a great deal of attention to the written word. I am a language person. I’m based in Catalonia/Spain. I translate from Chinese/English into Spanish/Catalan. I combine my technical work with my hobby, which is translating and writing poetry.
