My professional background and experience have always been focused on meeting deadlines and achieving specific goals and targets. I do not accept jobs on topics I am not familiar with and despite being capable of offering a good turnaround in terms of time, I prefer not to undertake an assignment if the volume/deadline ratio does not allow for an excellent translation.

I am a certified trainer in Aerospace and Defence Simplified Technical English and I have been an associate member of the ASD-STE100 Simplified Technical English Maintenance Group since 2014. Together with the STEMG I contributed to the release of Issues 7 and 8 of the ASD-STE100 specification (January 2017 and May 2021).

As a technical translator, I have always recognized the importance of staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
