If they are referring to the activity itself, which I believe they are, then I would use "extraordinary activity". If they are making reference to or explaining the income statement (accounting results), then "extraordinary items" (expenses).

Would need more context to come up with the most appropriate solution, but this just means that their non-recurring (or non-recurrent, or extraordinary) activities during the period (in this case, corporate reorganization) had a significant impact on their financials.
