Hi all,
This is a heading in an invitation to tender document, with the sub-headings 'capacité MIPS' and 'Activités par partition'. I'm sure there must be a standard translation for it; it seems a rather common term!
Any help much appreciated!

computing/processing power/capacity
That is the general idea.
Bilingual hits to support this suggestion are few and far between, here's one:
http://www.inria.fr/actualites/rp/rp0309.fr.html
(grid computing = loads of computers in a network; spare capacity/power being used 'on demand', like it says!!)
