English term

"a rotating drum trommel designed for screening of dry material"

English to Swedish Tech/Engineering Mechanics / Mech Engineering
I need to translate "a rotating drum trommel designed for screening of dry material" to Swedish. A trommel as i understand would be 'trumma' in Swedish, so how does 'drum trommel' then translate? Any help appreciated!

Thank you, always welcome Alex!

A short note related to your comment where you mention that there are several references to both drum and trommel in the text and you wonder how to differentiate such terms in Swedish. The word "drum" is translated both as "cylinder" and "trumma". Even the word is translated as "trumman" which can cause confusen but to clarify this matter when both words appear in one sentence then the words would mean as followed:
"drum trommel" = "cylindrisk trumma"
I hope this is more clear now..
Note from asker:
Thanks Khalil this makes sense, but there are several references to both trommel and drum in the text, how would you then differentiate them in Swedish? Om drum betyder trumma, hur skulle du säga trommel? Research tells me that trommel is sometimes used in Swedish as well...
