This is in a medical report on an elderly woman whose son found her lying on the floor one morning when he took her her breakfast. Diagnosed as suffering a stroke (blood clot in Mid Cerebral Artery). This is in a section headed "Exploración:

- Sistemica: Eupneica, sin secreciones. RrCRr sin soplos. MVC sin ruidos patalógicos. No estigmas de endocarditis. No flebitis....

Thanks, Giovanni. I agree that this has something to do with heartbeats. But this answer leaves a couple of 'r's unaccounted for. The abbreviation for "ruidos cardíacos rítmicos" is more likely to be "RsCsRs", as per the question last year that Joseph found. The extra 'r's seem a tad too "creative".

That's right Joseph. I've seen this abbreviation written in different ways.
