Source text - Romanian Dacă cetățeanul este nemulțumit de răspunsul primit la reclamația administrativă sau dacă nu a primit niciun răspuns în termen legal, atunci acesta se poate adresa, conform art. 8, alin. 1 din Legea 554/2004, tribunalului administrativ-fiscal în circumscripția căruia are domiciliul, solicitând anularea actului, în tot sau în parte. De asemenea, cetățeanul se poate adresa instanței și pentru nesoluționarea în termen a reclamației sale sau pentru refuzul nejustificat de soluționare a acesteia.
Translation - German Falls der Bürger mit der auf die Verwaltungsbeschwerde erhaltenen Antwort unzufrieden ist, oder falls er binnen der gesetzlichen Frist keine Antwort erhalten hat, dann kann sich dieser an das Finanz- und Verwaltungsgericht, in dessen Bezirk sein Wohnsitz sich befindet, wenden, laut Art. 8, Abs. 1 aus dem Gesetz 554/2004, und somit beantragen, dass die Akte in ihrer Gesamtheit oder zum Teil für ungültig erklärt wird. Ebenfalls mag der Bürger auch für die nicht rechtzeitige Erledigung seiner Beschwerde oder für die ungerechtfertigte Zurückweisung der Erledigung derselben sich an das Gericht wenden.

Art. 143. Măsura reținerii poate fi luată de organul de cercetare penală față de învinuit, dacă sunt probe sau indicii temeinice că acesta a săvârșit o faptă prevăzută de legea penală. Măsura reținerii se ia în cazurile prevăzute în art. 148, oricare ar fi limitele pedepsei cu închisoarea prevăzute de lege pentru fapta săvârșită. Sunt indicii temeinice atunci când din informațiile existente în cauză rezultă presupunerea că persoana față de care se efectuează urmărirea penală a săvârșit fapta.
Durata reținerii
Art. 144. Măsura reținerii poate dura cel mult 24 de ore. În ordonanța prin care s-a dispus reținerea trebuie să se menționeze ziua și ora la care reținerea a început, iar în ordonanța de punere în libertate, ziua și ora la care reținerea a încetat. Când organul de cercetare penală consideră că este necesar a se lua măsura arestării preventive, înaintează procurorului, înăuntrul termenului prevăzut la alin. 1, un referat motivat.
Translation - German Die Bedingungen des Festhaltens
Art. 143. Die Maßnahme des Festhaltens kann durch die Strafermittlungsbehörde dem Beschuldigten gegenüber vorgenommen werden, falls gründliche Nachweise oder Indizien vorliegen, dass dieser eine Tat, die strafgesetzlich vorgesehen ist, begangen hat. Die Maßnahme des Festhaltens wird in den durch Art. 143 vorgesehenen Fällen vorgenommen, ungeachtet der Grenzen der gesetzlich vorgesehenen Haftstrafe für die begangene Tat. Gründliche Indizien liegen vor, wenn aus den gegebenen Informationen in dem Fall die Vermutung hervorgeht, dass die Person, der gegenüber die Untersuchung vorgenommen wird, die Tat begangen hat.
Die Dauer des Festhaltens
Art. 144. Die Maßnahme des Festhaltens darf höchstens 24 Stunden betragen. In der Festhalteanordnung müssen der Tag und die Uhrzeit erwähnt werden, wann das Festhalten begonnen hat, und in der Freilassungsanordnung müssen der Tag und die Uhrzeit erwähnt werden, wann das Festhalten aufgehört hat. Wenn die Strafermittlungsbehörde die Maßnahme der Untersuchungshaft als notwendig betrachtet, legt es dem Staatsanwalt, binnen der im Abs. 1 vorgegebenen Frist, einen begründeten Bericht vor.
