Hello and thank you for visiting my profile! I am a professional English<>Russian/Ukrainian and Finnish<>Russian/Ukrainian translator and interpreter. I am a native speaker of Ukrainian and Russian, however due to my international work experience in the USA and permanent residence in Finland I have been translating and interpreting in both directions of my language pairs. I have a master's degrees in English Language and Literature. My work experience includes over ten years of working as a Russian and English language instructor. Recently I have been shifting from teaching career and undertaking more and more translating and interpreting projects as a freelancer. As of now, my practical translation experience includes translating documents in the field of business (e.g. financial documents, correspondence, job applications), medical (cardiology, oncology and health care), marketing and advertising, tourism and general texts on various topics (e.g. linguistics and language learning). Most of my clients were private individuals and local companies in need of long-term cooperation for personalized translation projects.
