The deliveries shall be dispatched properly and reasonably packaged in accordance with the general instructions of the haulage and shipping industry. The Supplier shall bear all freight insurance and packaging costs. In the event that the German Packaging Directive requires the Supplier to take the used packaging back, the Supplier shall bear the associated shipping and recycling costs.
