Auf Grund der im Verlauf klinisch und radiologisch anhaltenden Darmpassagestarung und auffallig ausladendem Abdomen Entscheid zur diagnostischen und therapeutischen Laparotomie_ Intraoperativ prasentierte sich der Darm ante perforationem bei fylekoniumileus Daher Anlage einer doppellaufigen Ileostomie 19 cm vor Ileocaecalklappe sowie Gelegenheitsappendektomie.
Translation - Spanish El segundo día de vida se sospecha una infección neonatal y se inicia la terapia con antibióticos (ver arriba). Debido a los niveles extremadamente bajos de salida de meconio y un aumento del jugo gástrico bilioso se realiza enema rectal, se procede a una disminución de la ingesta de alimentos con repetidas fases de ayuno. Los reconocimientos clínicos y radiológicos convencionales no presentaron evidencia de enterocolitis necrosante. El 06.02.18, se identificó mediante un enema de contraste un colon dilatado sin signos de obstrucción. Debido a la persistencia clínica y radiológica del trastorno de tránsito intestinal y al abdomen visiblemente protuberante se dictamina una laparotomía diagnóstica y terapéutica intraoperativa. El intestino presenta ante perforaciones con meconio. Por lo tanto, se procede a una ileostomía de doble cañón de 19 cm antes de la válvula ileocecal, así como una apendicectomía ocasional.
