Repetition function not working

Hello
I am translating a fashion text which has a lot of repetitions. I have created a new memory but none of the repeated segments are being filled in. This has not happened before, grateful if anyone can help.

Settings of translation memoy Dec 6, 2019

There are a few settings in translation memory, propagation, minimum hit rate % and others in options tab of Trados studio that are accidentally reset. Please recheck.
If this does not work, create a new TM with default settings of Trados. PC RAM memory problems also cause this phenomenon.
