Where did you get that? Such surname does exist but oridinary it is not. I would definitely change it if I happened to have one as in Lithuanian it means the same as in Latvian

When I worked as Project manager in a translation company a customer couldn't help laughing at me because she said that my surname, Gozzi, in Farsi sounded like "to fart"!
