Would the best strategy to batch confirm segments in MemoQ when connection to server is slow?

The most frustrating is when I confirm a segment and need to wait several seconds until I can move on to next segment. As a quick, simple solution, would the best solution be to simply translate all segments first of a document (contains a few hundred words each, total project word count 13,000 words), then batch confirm the segments while doing something else?
