The Windows versions of Heartsome Translation Studio and TM Editor are packaged as ZIP files. When extracted, there are a few files (including the executable and the PDF manual) at the root level, as well as a few folders with lots of files in them. There's no installer, nor any readme.txt. I assume it's not a good idea to put it under c:\\program files, since there are probably some configuration files that need to be modified (modern versions of Windows tend to restrict access to c:\\program files). I would not do that. This is a user settings directory, leave it for such purposes. Since the Heartsome products are Java programs, their location is not very relevant. You may put them to C:\Program Files or, say, D:\Program Files, or whatever. Just unpack the archives to dedicated directories. You might also want to create a launch script (batch file), in particular, in order to allocate a sufficient Java heap size.
