CafeTran - Can I choose not to transfer source tags to target?

Hi, I'm new to CafeTran. There's a tagged word in italic in the source text which I don't want to be in italic in the target text. However, CafeTran won't allow me just to remove the tag from the target. A "Tags QA" window pops up with the following message: "Transfer source tags to target. Type a tag number and press Esc key." Is there a way to bypass it?

Just stick the tag(s) at the very end ...

... that way you can confirm the segment without any errors, but nothing will be italicised.

Or wrap a space

Or you can put them around any space or full stop, in segments that contain more tags and in cases where you want to maintain the order of the tags.
BTW: Are you aware of the opposite scenario?
You can use the context menu to add italics that aren't present In the source. Note that this only works for MS Office files.

I am getting the same pop-up and I just want to ignore them for the rest of the document. Is there any way to do that?
Many thanks
