Standard security procedures
All information delivered to me is treated as confidential. For that reason, I do not discuss any information contained in the documents delivered to me. In regards to the names of my customers I do not mention them to anybody unless previously aproved by said customer. Certain customers require that I erase all information delivered to me after an specific period of time. I do that upon request from the customers.
I have virus protection (McAfee) in all my computers and electronic devices. Additionally, all my computers and electronic devices are password secured. Evry certain time I rotate passwords to ensure the security of my customers information. In regards to paper copies, I return said copies upon request from my customers and until then they are kept in a secure place.
