Hallo,

kann mir jemand erklären, was ein "Brutto/Nettogehalt" ist?

Es geht um ein Stellenangebot und der Satz lautet:

Ihre Arbeitsleistung ... wird Ihnen monatlich mit dem Betrag XXX,-€ vergütet
Beim Fragen, ob der Betrag Netto ist, wurde beantwortet, dass es ein Brutto/Nettogehalt ist.

Ich weiß nicht, ob es noch legale Möglichkeiten gibt, ein "Brutto/Nettogehalt" zu vereinbaren. In Deutschland wäre das ein sogenannter 450-Euro-Job, aber auch dabei wird für den Arbeitgeber noch etwas Sozialaufschlag fällig. Möglicherweise wird das hier und da als "Brutto/Nettogehalt" bezeichnet. ▲ Collapse
