Invisible Art for Visible Change
Invisible Ambassadors Serving Very Visible Needs
Translation, if done well, can become “invisible.” By joining T4K, translators also become invisible ambassadors serving the very real, very visible needs of children from all parts of the world. T4K's inaugural project uses the “invisible art” of translation to make the lives of children visible to the world and then to make a vital difference in those lives. This and future projects are our essential means of raising funds and using T4K's network potential.
By children, for children
For our initial project, we will publish a book of stories, written by children from around the world. The book will be translated into different languages and made available in as many countries as possible. Proceeds of the sale of this book will be used to directly address problems that many of the world’s children face each day. | Translation - română
O artă invizibilă pentru schimbări vizibile
Ambasadori invizibili în serviciul unor nevoi cât se poate de vizibile
Dacă este făcută cum trebuie, traducerea poate deveni „invizibilă”. Alăturându-se T4K, traducătorii devin la rândul lor ambasadori invizibili, acţionând în interesul nevoilor cât se poate de reale şi de vizibile ale copiilor din toate colţurile lumii. Proiectul iniţial al T4K foloseşte „arta invizibilă” a traducerii pentru a aduce vieţile copiilor în atenţia întregii lumi şi pentru a schimba aceste vieţi în mod semnificativ. Proiectul de faţă şi cele care vor urma reprezintă principala metodă de strângere a fondurilor şi de folosire a potenţialului reţelei T4K.
De către copii, pentru copii
Proiectul de debut va consta în publicarea unei cărţi cu povestiri scrise de copii din toată lumea. Aceasta va fi tradusă în mai multe limbi şi va apărea în cât mai multe ţări cu putinţă. Veniturile rezultate din vânzarea cărţii vor fi folosite pentru compensarea neajunsurilor cu care se confruntă în fiecare zi mulţi copii din toată lumea. |
