Source text - Japanese この契約書は、お客様と株式会社X（以下、「X」と呼びます。）との間で、Xのソフトウェア製品（以下、「本ソフトウェア」と呼びます。）の使用許諾が行われたことの証明書です。
お客様は、ディスクパッケージを開封するか又は、ディスクの箱のシールをはがしたことをもって、この契約に同意したことになります。お客様がこの契約に同意できない場合には、未開封のままのディスクパッケージ及び付属品を直ちに購入もとに返却し代金をお受け取りください。
１。使用の許諾
Xは、お客様に対しこのソフトウェア使用許諾契約書とともに同梱されていた本ソフトウェアに関して、以下の権利を許諾します。
ア）お客様は、日本において本ソフトウェアのコピー一部を特定の一台のコンピュータ上で使用することができます。
イ）コンピュータの一時記憶装置に一時読みだす場合、或いはコンピュータの二次記憶装置等に組み込む場合の何れの場合であっても、使用権の許諾が必要な「使用」と見なされ、そのコンピュータ毎に使用許諾を受けることが必要です。リプレースの場合においても、別途リプレース機対応の製品が必要になる場合は、新たに使用許諾契約が必要です。
２。制限
ア）お客様は、本ソフトウェアの逆アッセンブル、及びディコンパイルを含めいかなる方法によっても、本ソフトウェアを改変、結合、修正及びその他の翻案を行うことはできません。
イ）お客様は、本ソフトウェア及びその復製物をお客様以外の第三者に譲渡、貸与、リース又は使用許諾することはできません。
Translation - English This agreement is a certificate of license for use of X's (called "X" below) software product (below, called "original software.") held between you, the customer, and X.

In a situation where you, the customer, cannot consent to this agreement, please immediately return the unopened disk package as well as any accompaniments to the place of original purchase for a refund.
1. License for Use
X consents to give you, the customer, the below rights and privileges regarding this software license agreement, together with the included original software:
a) You, the customer, may use a single copy of the original software on one specific computer in Japan.
b) Both in cases where [the software] is read once by a computer's primary storage and in cases where [the software] is placed in a computer's secondary storage, etc., consider the requirement for "use" in the license for use satisfied, making it necessary to obtain a license for use for each such computer respectively. Even in cases of replacement, as well as in cases where machine-compatible products become necessary, a new agreement regarding license for use is necessary.
2. Limitations
a) You, the customer, may neither reverse-engineer nor decompile the original software by any method, nor may you change, combine, alter, or perform any other adaptation.
b) You, the customer, may not assign, lend, or lease the original software or copies thereof to third parties.
