Explanation:
Le huissier de Justice, poate ajuta la recuperarea unei creanţe şi poate stabili un plan de rambursare convenabil atât creditorilor cât şi debitorilor. Pentru aceasta va face un inventar asupra bunurilor, conturilor bancare, părţilor sociale, imobilelor etc. ale debitorului după eliberarea unei decizii judecătoresti.
